Error “…’[Filename].indd’ uses one or more plug-ins which are not currently available…” When Opening an InDesign 2.0.x Document

Here is the full error:
“The document ‘[Filename].indd’ uses one or more plug-ins which are not currently available on your system. We strongly advise you not to open the document. Do you want to open anyway?”
