Free Tech Support for Adobe CS2 ends this week

Adobe’s long standing support policy has been to give free tech support for current products + 90 days. Basically you have free support while you own the most current version and then you get a grace period of 90 days, after the release of the next version of the product. CS3 was released around March 17th which means 90 days from then is this Friday (or Saturday, somewhere in there). If you’ve been putting off calling into Adobe tech support you may want to resolve you’re issue before this weekend. After that you’ll hold the same status as a Reader user and pay 40 bucks a call.

Fair enough, that was 3 months of time to upgrade, which is plenty of time if you feel like upgrading. But what if you don’t and have some wacky problem? Then time to call tech support at 800-642-3623 or, If you don’t feel like waiting on hold for half an hour you could always start a web case.
