InDesign 5.0.1 Update: Fixes Stuff

Adobe has released the 5.0.1 update for InDesign CS3. It weights in at 49.1 MB and includes a number of highly sought after fixes:

Fix for indexing bug, that has plagued the land.
Fix for .indd files placed within layouts causing banding.
No longer crashes when deleting a swatch used in a transparency effect. Wow, hadn’t heard of that one, good thing that’s fixed!
Fix for crashing that occurred when using backspace to delete text with the info panel open. Woohoo!
Fix for hanging when exporting EPS with placed Photoshop file in some circumstances.

The list goes on and on, this is a huge bug fix upgrade and we recommend it for all!

If your Adobe Updater hasn’t already grabbed it for you, it is available here. Remember this installation will require an administrator password.
