Icon Bouncing in the Dock When attempting to Install InDesign CS3 on a Mac?
Problem: When installing InDesign CS3 to a Mac the icon bounces up and down in the dock but nothing else happens. No error message, no nothing.
Solution: Check your OS version. Click on the apple logo in the top left, then select ‘About this Mac’. If it’s OS 10.4.7 or early then you will have to upgrade your operating system in order to install InDesign CS3. You need to have OS 10.4.8 or later to Install and run InDesign CS3
